Who Should Attend
This course is intended for system administrators who want to
acquire a deeper understanding of the administration of Linux systems.
Prerequisites
The participants must be familiar with the contents
of the courses “Basics of System Administration”,
“Advanced System Administration 1”, and “Shell
Programming with the Bash Shell” and have practical
experience in the administration of Linux systems. Basic
knowledge of a programming language is recommended.

The participants are introduced to special aspects of
Linux system administration, such as building RPM
packages, configuring the kernel, and LVM.
