ES0630: UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
This course provides functional understanding and hands-on workshops to administer the day-to-day activities of a UNIX system. In today's environment, there are a variety of machines, several versions of UNIX and different releases available. This course teaches students the concepts and generic functions of system administration that can be transferred from system to system. To accomplish this, all system administration functions will be done using the command line rather than system admin menus.

Who Should Attend

    System Administrators or technically-oriented users that are involved with the set-up and day-to-day operation of computer systems using the UNIX operating system will find this course useful. The UNIX System Administration course will provide the framework to allow users to perform UNIX maintenance and troubleshooting.
