This course is designed to provide individuals with some experience using Linux or UNIX an overview of the SuSE Linux Enterprise 8 operating system environment. Upon completion of this module you should have a basic understanding of the SuSE Linux Enterprise 8 system administration tasks at three levels:
  • How to navigate the appropriate Graphical User Interface (GUI) tools
  • How to utilize the corresponding Command Line Interface (CLI) tools
  • How underlying configuration files are modified
